By indicating your acceptance, you affirm that you have read, fully understand and certify as follows:

During your running tour with Flamingo Running Tours, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any physical activity, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. By participating in this running tour, you agree that you are physically fit and that you are sufficiently aware of your physical limitations to stop physical activity before you become ill or injured. Further, you acknowledge that the tour will be on public roads and that you will obey all traffic laws, and it is your responsibility to understand said traffic laws.

A physician's examination is recommended prior to engaging in strenuous physical activity. By accepting this agreement, you accept full responsibility for your own health and well-being and you acknowledge an understanding that no responsibility is assumed by Flamingo Running Tours, South Florida Running Tours LLC, or any other related agency.

In consideration of desiring to participate in a running tour, you hereby for yourself, your heirs, and personal representatives, assume any and all risks which might be associated with participating in and/or traveling to and from the running tour. You further release and hold harmless Flamingo Running Tours and South Florida Running Tours LLC, its officer members, sponsors, employees, guides, or other representatives or successors, any assigns for any injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered as a result of taking part in this activity, both now and in the future.
